Our terms for Freedom-15 website services
1 · Definitions
"Freedom‑15 Site" – the website we build under your selected package (Bronze up to 5 pages, Gold up to 8, Diamond up to 10). First draft delivered within 5 business days of receiving complete content (copy, branding assets, required service details).
"Services" – website design and build, exportable code, basic on‑page SEO (including schema), Google Business Profile setup, hosting, SSL, daily backups, and ongoing maintenance (support & security updates). Optional SEO retainers and add‑on features are quoted separately.
2 · What we deliver
- Custom website (Bronze: up to 5 pages · Gold: up to 8 · Diamond: up to 10)
- First draft within 5 business days after complete content receipt
- Basic on‑page SEO + schema & Google Business Profile setup
- Hosting, SSL, daily backups (included while maintenance active)
- Exportable code – you retain ownership of site code & content
- Ongoing maintenance: support & security updates (£15/month from month 2)
3 · Fees

4 · Refunds
Build fees are fully refundable until work begins. Once the first draft is delivered (or 5 business days after scheduled start if content was complete), the build fee becomes non‑refundable. Monthly maintenance is billed in advance and non‑refundable for the billing period already started.
5 · Ownership
Upon full payment, you own the website content and may back up the website to be used on any WordPress CMS of your choosing at any time.
6 · Client duties
Provide accurate content, comply with healthcare advertising rules, and review drafts promptly.
7 · Support
Text or image edits submitted by 12:00 (UK) are usually completed by the next working day and are included in the £15/month maintenance (support & security updates). Larger structural / new feature changes are quoted separately.
8 · No ranking guarantee
We optimise for search engines but do not guarantee specific rankings or patient numbers.
9 · Liability cap
Our maximum liability is the total fees you paid in the 12 months preceding a claim. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
10 · Termination
Either party may cancel with 30 days' notice. Monthly fees remain payable until the end of the notice period.
11 · Governing law
English law; exclusive jurisdiction of English & Welsh courts.
